2. This application seeking leave to file a criminal appeal under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C. (now Section 419(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 28.07.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Fast Track Court, Unnao in Sessions Trial No. 14 of 2015 (State vs. Makhauli @ Shiv Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 477 of 2014, under Sections 376(1) and 506 IPC, Police Station Aasiwan, District Unnao.
