    3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case

    registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323

    and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

    4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

    petitioner submits that petitioner, being the husband, has been

    falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant. It is

    further submitted that the complainant filed Complaint (P) Case

    No. 6272 of 2024 under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 of the

    Indian Penal Code and the learned trial court took cognizance

    and thereafter issued summons. It is next submitted that the case
    Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12537 of 2026(3) dt.13-07-2026

    till date is pending at the stage of summons.
