01. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated
17.11.2025 passed by the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge,
Jammu, in Sessions Trial Case No. 45/2025, titled “UT of J&K Vs.
Sohan Singh & Ors.“, for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections 307/341/323/325/201/147 IPC, arising out of FIR No. 354/2023
registered at Police Station, Domana, whereby the respondents Nos. 4 to
6 as accused have been discharged from the commission of all the
offences.
02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents No. 1 to
3 have been wrongly arrayed as respondents though, no relief has been
sought against them and prayed that said respondents be deleted from the
array of the respondents. Ordered accordingly, with a direction to the
Registry to re-number the respondents No. 4 to 6 as respondents No. 1, 2
and 3 and consequently, title of the case be refreshed.
