Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for a
direction upon the respondents to accept the joining and
permission to work against the respective post in view of the
order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Gopalpur vide
order dated 17.09.2025 in Appeal No. 22 of 2025 (Surendra
Prasad Vs. The Panchayat Secretary, Hussepur & Ors.)
Patna High Court CWJC No.10207 of 2026(2) dt.23-07-2026
which attains its finality in absence of the challenge of the order
of statutory authority before the appropriate forum or Court of
Law within prescribed period.
