    The charge sheet has been filed by the Sub-

    Inspector of Police, Subramanyanagar Police Station,

    Bengaluru against the accused for the offence

    punishable u/S.306 of IPC.

    2. The learned VII ACMM, Bengaluru had taken

    cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 306

    of IPC and registered the case as CC No. 12936 of 2014.

    The accused No. 1 and 2 obtained anticipatory bail.

    Accordingly, they were released on bail for the offence

    punishable under Section 306 of IPC by engaging their

    counsel. The learned magistrate furnished a copy of

    charge sheet and prosecution papers to the accused and

    thereby complied provision under Section 207 of CrPC.

    The learned magistrate passed a committal order on 28-

    07-2014 and acting under Section 209 of CrPC,

    committed the case to the Hon’ble Principal City Civil and

    Sessions Judge, Bengaluru. The learned PP also notified

    about the commitment of the case to the Court of

    Sessions.
