1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
2. Heard.
3. The reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are sufficient.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay in filing the leave to appeal is hereby condoned.

5. Heard learned AGA appearing for the appellant-State of UP and perused the record.
6. Under challenge is judgment and order dated 20.3.2025, passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act ? I, Ayodhya in S.T. No.99/2021 in Re (State of U.P. vs Sonu Agrahari).
7. By the said judgment, learned trial court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Section 377 and 506 IPC and Sections 5/6 of the Prevention of Children From Sexual Offences Act.
