1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 390/2023 of
PS Dwarka South for offence under Section 376/506/354/354D IPC and
Section 6/8/12 of POCSO Act.

2. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that
he used to stalk the prosecutrix who is minor in age and on one day when
she visited a temple the accused/applicant also reached there and forcibly
put vermillion in the parting of her hair and also tied mangalsutra around
her neck and thereafter, the accused/applicant took her to his home where he
raped her twice. The accused/applicant also repeatedly molested her as
explained by the prosecutrix in her chief examination recorded before the
trial court, relevant portion whereof is at pdf 79-80.

3. Against the above backdrop, this bail application was adjourned twice
at the instance of learned counsel for accused/applicant. Today, none has
appeared on behalf of accused/applicant. It seems that the accused/applicant
is not interested in pursuing this bail application.

4. In the above circumstances, the bail application is dismissed.
