    Heard Mr. P. Yobin, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has
    submitted that this application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a
    prayer for grant of bail on behalf of his father, Shri. Annu Pandit, who is an
    accused being implicated in connection with Spl (POCSO) Case No. 22 of
    2026 arising out of FIR No. 08/2026 lodged before Laitumkhrah Police
    Station under Section 5(m)/6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

    Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA has accepted notice on behalf of the
    State respondent No. 1, the complainant being also arrayed as party
    respondent herein, as such, he prays that notice may be allowed to be issued
    upon the complainant through the Investigating Officer.
