This is an appeal against the impugned judgment dated
24.09.2025 and related order of sentence dated 26.09.2025 passed by the
Court of the learned Sessions Judge, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai in
Sessions Case No. 6 of 2022 under Section 457/376/506 IPC.
Ms. S. Nongsiej, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the
appellant has submitted that there are good grounds for preferring this appeal
and the same may be admitted.
Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing on behalf of the State
respondent has no objection to the admission of this appeal.
On consideration of the submission made, and on perusal of the
memo of appeal, we are inclined to admit this appeal, the same is hereby
admitted.
The Trial Court records are hereby called for, on receipt of the

same, registry to prepare the paper book and place it on the records.
