1. The instant petition is for the following reliefs:-
“i) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R.
No.0111/2022, U/s. 498A/406/506/34 I.P.C. P.S. Mehrauli and the entire
proceedings for the case with Cr. Case No 6211/2022, Saket Courts, New
Delhi, that culminated from the F.I.R.
ii) That in the meanwhile, the proceedings before the Ld. M.M in the
above said case may kindly be ordered to be stayed similarly.”
