1. The petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of an interim order

dated 27.06.2013 passed in CMA No. 61/2013 in OW104 No.
23/2012 titled, “Sansar Chand Vs. Munsiff, Jammu and ors.”.
2. Perusal of the record reveals that main petition itself stands disposed
of by this Court vide order 23.08.2021.
3. Since the main petition has already been disposed of by this Court on
23.08.2021, as such, nothing survives in the instant contempt petition
and the proceedings in contempt petition are, accordingly, closed.
