Chandigarh, by the impugned judgment and
order dated 29th January, 2026, has dismissed
the appellant’s prayer for grant of bail.
3. Appellant, figuring as an accused in FIR
No.428 of 2019 dated 19th July, 2019 registered
at Police Station Sector 10, District Gurugram
under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, 420, 467, 468 &
506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, was arrested
