    2. The petitioners have filed this application for

    quashing of the order dated 24.01.2017, passed by the learned
    Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54397 of 2018(9) dt.27-07-2026

    A.C.J.M.-VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Complaint Case No.

    1057(C) of 2016, whereby and whereunder the learned

    Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the

    offences punishable under Sections 506, 498(A), 494 and

    120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
