quashing of FIR No. No. 237 of 2009, dated 07.10.2009, registered
SPONSORED
at Police Station Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P., for the commission
of an offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of
the Indian Penal Code (IPC). and the consequential proceeding
arising out of the said F.I.R.
