2. This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the
petitioner for grant of bail in connection with UPD Bhubaneswar
Sahidnagar P.S. Case No.348 of 2025 corresponding to CT Case
No.829 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC.III,
Bhubaneswar for commission of offences punishable under
Sections 420 of IPC, on the main allegation of making false
representation before the informant and others only to collect
investment of Rs.37.5 Lakhs through multiple transaction in
between March-2022 to 2023, but subsequently not refunding
the amount.
