1. By way of the instant petition, the petitioners seek quashment of FIR
No.273/2009 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at police Station Karawal Nagar, Delhi
and the proceeding emanating therefrom.
2. On 06.04.2026, the matter was called out, and the Court has directed
as under:
“The petitioners seek quashing on consent. However, it is observed that
the prayer seeks quashing of FIR No.292/2022; whereas the affidavit of no
objection filed by respondent No.2 refers to quashing of FIR No.273/2009.
