registered at Police Station – Economic Offences Wing,

Mandir Marg, New Delhi, for the offences punishable

under Sections 170, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473,

474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing

for the parties.

Admittedly, the appellant has been in custody

for almost 3 years.

Considering the period of incarceration undergone

to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.

The appeal stands allowed, accordingly.
