    1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant

    petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation

    within a period of 7 days in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of

    Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular

    issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated

    19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012).

    3. This Court directs Respondent No.4 to consider the

    representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same

    within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with law,

    expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena

    (Supra) and Circular dated 19.02.2024.

    4. In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of

    with the aforesaid liberty being granted. Pending applications, if

    any, stand disposed of.
