    Rajasthan at Jaipur in S.B. Crl. Misc. 2 nd Bail

    Application No.5056/2026 titled “Pradeep Kumar Sharma

    vs. State of Rajasthan” whereby the bail application of

    the appellant has been dismissed.

    3. The appellant is in custody since 10.04.2024 in

    connection with FIR No.14/2025 dated 07.03.2025

    registered at Police Station S.O.G, Jaipur for the

    offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468,471 and

    120-B of IPC and 66D of the Information Technology

    4. We have noticed the nature of crime and the manner

    in which it was allegedly committed.

    5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and

    perused the material placed on record, we are of the

    considered view that the appellant has made out a case

    for interference with the impugned order dated

    08.05.2026.

    6. Considering the totality of circumstances and also

    the fact that the appellant is in custody since

    10.04.2024, we are inclined to grant bail to the

    appellant on such terms and conditions as may be fixed

    by the Trial Court. Ordered accordingly.

    7. If the appellant possesses a passport, the same

    shall be surrendered before the Competent

    Authority/Court until the conclusion of the trial or

    unless directed otherwise.

    8. To comply with the order, the appellant shall be

    produced before the Trial Court forthwith.

    9. Trial expedited. The appellant shall fully

    cooperate during the trial, and he shall not misuse the

    liberty in any manner, and shall extend complete

    cooperation in the trial of the instant case. It shall

    be open to the Trial Court to take all steps, including

    cancellation of bail, should the necessity arises.

    10. The impugned order dated 08.05.2026 passed by the

    High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur in

    S.B. Crl. Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.5056/2026 shall

    stand set aside.

    11. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed.

    12. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed

    of.
