1. By the impugned judgment and order dated 09.12.2025
passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhinmal,
District, Jalore (hereinafter referred to as “the learned Trial
Court”) in Sessions Case No. 27/2023 whereby the accused-
appellants, namely, (i) Pahad Singh and (ii) Dungar Singh, were
convicted and sentenced in the following manner:-
341 IPC Simple Imprisonment for In default of payment of fine to
One Month, with a fine of further undergo Seven days
Rs. 500/- Additional Simple
Imprisonment.
