1. Permission to appear and argue in-person is granted.
2. The instant writ petition, under Article 32 of the
Constitution of India, has been filed seeking following reliefs:
“1. To Issue a writ of Mandamus And/Or certiorari or any
other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the
Constitution (Eighty-Fourth Amendment) Act, 2001 and
Constitution (Eighty-Seventh Amendment) Act, 2003 as
unconstitutional, being violative of the Basic Structure
of the Constitution, inasmuch as it distorts
representative democracy, political equality, and free
and fair elections;
