Heard Mr. L. War, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has
submitted that this application for grant of bail on behalf of the accused
person Shri. Setab Uddin who was arrested in connection with Khliehriat
WPS Case No. 25(05)2025 u/s 351 BNS read with Section 5(j)(ii)/5(I)/6
POCSO Act.

Mr. A.S. Dey, learned GA has accepted notice on behalf of the State
respondent No.1.
However, since the complainant has also been made a party
respondent herein.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to take steps for issuance of
notice upon the said complainant, the same to be effected through the IO,
who will file his compliance report on the next date fixed.
