    CCP (S) No. 330/2025

    1. By this petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of

    the order passed by this Court on 13.08.2025 in case titled

    Mohammed Alyas vs. UOI and Others. The operative portion of the

    order (supra) is set out below: –

    “In the meantime, it is provided that the portion of
    the aforesaid land falling to the share of the
    petitioner shall not be utilized by the respondents

    for the construction of road without adopting due
    course of law.”

    2. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents, wherein it is stated

    that in terms of public notice dated 29.01.2025 land owners of village

    Galhuti including the petitioner were directed to furnish bank account

    details for disbursement of compensation.

    3. It is further stated in the compliance report that the petitioner is not

    the owner of the entire khasra no. 916, as claimed by him. His

    ownership is only up to 17 marlas and 3 sarsai of the said khasra

    number.

    4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to

    submit his bank details only with respect to his entitlement. In view of

    the statement made hereinabove, proceedings in the instant contempt

    petition are closed.

    5. Respondents are directed to disburse the amount after the petitioner

    submits his bank details, provided there is no legal impediment.
