Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Colleen Roh Sinzdak will participate in the Stanford Law School (SLS) annual Supreme Court at Midterm conference. The conference, which takes place from May 1 â 2, 2026, brings together elite Supreme Court practitioners to evaluate the judicial landscape, covering key Supreme Court cases and analyzing how they reflect broader legal trends.
Ms. Sinzdak has argued 11 cases before the Supreme Court and has worked on major Supreme Court cases at Milbank, including VOS Selections v. Trump (the tariffs case) and Wolford v. Lopez (the defense of a Hawaii gun law against a Second Amendment challenge).
