This is a wholly misconceived petition filed with the following
reliefs :
“(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ,
order or direction quashing the setting aside the communication
dt. 2.04.2026 (Annexure-I) of the Section Officer, Narmada Water
Resource and Water Supply and Kalpasar Department,
Gandhinagar.
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order
or direction, directing the respondent authorities to compute and
pay the interest according to Sec.80 of the Act, 2013, from the date
of award i.e. dt. 4.09.2015 upto the date of making payment of
statutory interest amount u/s. 80 of the Act, 2013 on 10.02.2022.
