About the Job
The Court is hiring for the contractual engagement of 2 Law Clerks-cum-Legal Research Assistants under the Scheme for engaging Law Clerks in the High Court.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognised Indian university (whether enrolled as an Advocate or not); basic computer knowledge, including legal databases such as Manupatra, SCC Online, Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
- Age: 23–33 years as on 1st January 2026.
Responsibilities
Law Clerk-cum-Legal Research Assistant (Contractual, 1 year) -legal research, case law analysis, judgment drafting assistance and judicial support at the High Court of Meghalaya.
