2. The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section
415(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter,
‘BNSS’), challenging the impugned judgment dated 26th December, 2025 and
the order on sentence dated 15th April, 2026 passed by the ld. ASJ, (FTC),
East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case No. 361/2018
arising out of FIR No.432/2017 registered at P.S. Gandhi Nagar for offences
punishable under Sections 302/201/24 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
(hereinafter, ‘IPC’).
