About the Opportunity
Infosys BPM is hiring an Assistant Manager – LPM (Contract Drafting Specialist) to join its contracts management team. The role involves drafting and reviewing supplier contracts, supporting contract lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and commercial compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Law degree (BA LL.B. (Hons.) or equivalent).
- Have at least 4 years of experience in contract drafting.
- Possess a strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with contract management tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology company or a large multinational organization.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Draft, review, and finalize medium-complexity supplier contracts, including Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Amendment Agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and legal teams to align contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments.
- Provide guidance to team members on contract-related matters.
- Support contract lifecycle management and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
