Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree (mandatory).
- Possess an LL.M. in a relevant specialization, such as:
- Constitutional Law
- Criminal Law
- Corporate Law
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- International Law
- or other relevant specializations.
- Have a strong academic record throughout.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Law (preferred).
- Have qualified NET, if not holding a Ph.D.
Experience
0 – 8 years of relevant experience.
