02. 1. The matter was presented before this Court on
26.04.2025. On 06.07.2026 adjournment was sought
for by the learned counsel for the petitioner noting that
after one year and two months adjournment is sought
for on behalf of the petitioner.
Today adjournment is again sought for.
2. Apparently there is no reason why the matter
should be further adjourned after one year and two
months of presentation. Accordingly, the matter is
considered on merits before granting adjournment.
