Appellant-Claimant is present. Vakalatnama of Mr. G. P. Dutta,
learned counsel on behalf of the Respondent No.2 is taken on
record.
2. This appeal has been filed by the Claimant-Appellant,
challenging the judgment and order dated 11.12.2024 passed by
the learned 2nd Additional District Judge-cum- 3rd M.A.C.T.,
Bhubaneswar in M.A.C. Case No. 188 of 2017 directing the
Respondent No.2-Insurance Company to pay an amount of
Rs.7,67,700/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs sixty-seven thousand seven
hundred) only to the Appellant-Claimant along with interest at
the rate of 6% per annum from the date of filing i.e. 09.08.2017
till date of payment. This Appeal has been filed for enhancement.
