In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following
reliefs:
“a) A writ of certiorari may kindly be quashing
exturnment order passed by respondent no.1 in file
No.10-07-2026 vide Annexure-B;
b) Cost of proceedings may be awarded in favour of
the petitioner.”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned Additional Government Advocate for the
respondents and perused the material on record.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate
that on 05.06.2026, respondent No.2 submitted a proposal

to respondent No.1 seeking externment of the petitioner
on the ground that the petitioner is involved in eight
cases and was liable to be externed/removed from Bidar
District to Hasan District for a period of three months. In
