1. Mr. Aditya Kumar, learned counsel for the
applicant.
2. Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma and Mr. Himanshu
Sain, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. The present applicant is facing the trial for the
offence punishable under sections 363, 366, 376, 506 of
IPC and section 3(1)(w) of SC/ST Act, 1989 and section
3 and 4 of POCSO Act arising out of Case Crime No.
0053 of 2023 P.S. Lohaghat, District Champawat.
4. It is contended that the parties have settled their
dispute by way of written compromise signed by the
informant and the victim, which is placed on record as
Annexure-7.
5. Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma, who appears for the
prosecution, may get the instructions from the
concerned authority with regard to the genuineness of
the settlement, which is annexed as Annexure-7.
6. List this matter on 03.08.2026 as fresh.
