The first of the application comes to be rejected on the score that
the offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable with
imprisonment of 10 years or more. Therefore, the time to complete
investigation was 90 days and not 60 days. The second application
comes to be rejected on the score that mere filing of an incomplete
charge sheet by the prosecution would not lead to grant of
statutory bail. It, therefore, becomes necessary to consider the
interplay between Section 187(3) and 193(2) of the BNSS.
