Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.173 of 2023,
under Sections 3406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police
Station Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal. He has sought his release on
bail.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
record.
3. This is the second bail application. The first bail
application, being BA1 No.2104 of 2024, was rejected on 22.05.2025.
4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new
ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail
application deserves to be rejected.
5. The bail application is rejected.
