Why This Program Matters
Most students read judgments as summaries. However, in constitutional law:
- The law is embedded in reasoning, not merely conclusions
- The law is structured through judicial interpretation
- The law must be extracted through analytical reading skills
This program trains participants to understand how judges construct reasoning, how legal principles emerge, and how binding precedent is formed.
- Because in constitutional law, mastering judgments means mastering the Constitution itself.
