dated 18th December, 2025, passed by the respondent No. 2 in Appeal
No. PG. 104 of 2025-E, thereby setting aside the order dated 14th
August, 2025 passed by the respondent No. 3, being the Assistant
Labour Commissioner (Central), Asansol and the Controlling Authority
under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, in File/Application No.
