Vide order dated 5th March, 2026, this Court had appointed
Mr Gaurav Kumar Jain, Chartered Accountant to submit his report
with respect to what was stated in the said order.
Pursuant thereto, Mr Gaurav Kumar Jain has submitted
three reports dated 7th April, 2026. The said three reports are
submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope is opened and the
reports are taken on record.
Registry to give a copy of the three said reports both to the
learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel
appearing for the respondents. The same to be done during the
course of this week.
