1. The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred by the
petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR

No.73/42/2020 registered at the Police Station Forest Department,
Tonk for the offences punishable under Sections 32, 33, 41, 42
and 52 of the Rajasthan Forest Act, 1953.
2. It has been averred in the instant petition that the petitioner
is a registered owner of the vehicle, which was illegally seized by
the Investigating Agency on the false pretext that forest produce
were taken therein, in fact the petitioner has not committed any
offence, hence, he has been falsely booked in the instant case by
the Investigating Agency. Therefore, a prayer has been made to
quash the impugned FIR.
