    Job Summary

    They are looking for dedicated and dynamic Faculty to join our academic team for subjects like Legal Reasoning, English, Logical Reasoning & Current Affairs – at Vidhigya.

    The role involves teaching, mentoring, content creation, counselling, and driving student success for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in law and excellent communication skills.

    Position Details

    • Location: Indore
    • Employment Type: Full-time (11 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week)
    • Experience: Freshers can apply

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and design high-quality course content for their respective section of CLAT.
    • Conduct engaging online & offline classes on concepts and strategies.
    • Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic guidance to students to improve performance.
    • Counsel students and parents about CLAT preparation, exam strategy, and careers in law.
    • Deliver Career Awareness Sessions on Law as a career option in schools and institutions.
    • Create educational content and videos for Vidhigya’s social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram).

    Requirements

    • Law graduate from a reputed law school
    • Strong understanding of the subjects as tested in CLAT.
    • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
    • Comfort with online teaching platforms and tech-enabled learning.
    • Prior experience in teaching or counselling (optional but preferred).
