1. The parties have been able to arrive at an amicable
settlement before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
2. The Settlement Agreement dated 23.3.2026 has been
reduced into writing, duly signed by the parties, their
respective counsel including the learned Mediator.
3. The Settlement Agreement reads thus:-
“This settlement agreement is entered into on the
23rd day of March, 2026 at New Delhi and is now
being reduced into writing

ROAD, JAIPUR hereinafter referred to as the “First
Party”:
