of Ahraura Police Station, Mirzapur District, Uttar

420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code
were dismissed.

be an abuse of the process of law. In view of the same,

Mirzapur District, Uttar Pradesh and all proceedings
arising out of it stand quashed and set aside.
