The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C./482 BNSS has been filed by the accused-applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Case Crime No.0278 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 351 (2), 353, 191 (2), 131, 133, 75, 76 and 64 BNS (Old Sections 323, 506, 505, 147, 352, 355, 354A, 354B, 376 I.P.C.), Police Station – Kotwali Dehat, District – Pratapgarh.
