    1.          Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and
    
    learned APP for the respondent-State.
    
    
    
    2.          Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime
    
    No.0098/2025 registered with Degloor Police Station, District Nanded,
    
    for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 64(2)(i)(m), 69 and
    
    87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and section 12 of The Protection of
    
    Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
    
    
    
    3.          Perused the FIR and statement of victim. Looking to the role
    
    attributed to the applicant, prima facie case is made out to grant interim

    relief. Hence, following order:
    
                                         ORDER
    

    (i) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09.06.2026. The
    learned APP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2-State.

    (ii) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicant in connection with
    No.0098/2025 registered with Degloor Police Station, District Nanded,
    for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 64(2)(i)(m), 69 and
    87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and section 12 of the POCSO Act,
    2012, he be released on bail on furnishing PB and SB of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs.
    Thirty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount, on the
    following conditions:

    SPONSORED

    a. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence
    in any manner.

    b. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on
    every Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.

    c. The applicant shall cooperate with the investigating agency for
    further investigation.
