Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
(for short, “BNSS”), by the sole accused in Crime No. 1371/2024
of Poojappura Police Station, registered alleging commission of
offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 376(2)(f), 354A(1)
(i) and 354D of IPC, seeking an order quashing the said FIR and
all further proceedings pursuant thereto.
