    counsel for the respondent.

    4. The petitioners who are four in
numbers are praying for quashing of FIR
dated 08.03.2026, bearing FIR No. 088
of 2026 lodged by respondent no. 3 at
    P.S. SIDCUL, District Haridwar wherein

    147
    , 323, 354, 406, 427, 447, 504 and

    5. It is argued by the learned counsel
for the petitioners that on the date of
incident petitioner no. 1 and 2 were in
abroad which itself falsify the allegations,
as alleged in the FIR and so far as
petitioner no. 3 and 4 are concerned,
they are the employees of petitioner no.
1 and 2 and he further submits that the
allegation, as alleged, in the FIR
primarily shows that the allegations are
purely civil in nature, since, civil dispute
is already pending for adjudication in
    O.S. No. 501 of 2025.

    6. Let the respondents may file
counter affidavit within four weeks. Two
weeks thereafter is granted to the
    petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.

    7. Primarily, the allegations as alleged
in the impugned FIR appears to be civil
in nature, therefore, this Court is of the
view that the petitioners deserve for
    some interim protection.

    8. For an interim measure, let the
    investigation pursuant to the impugned
FIR may go on, however, the petitioners
shall not be arrested provided they
    cooperate with the investigation.
