This petition is filed to permit the petitioner
to amend the prayer as follows:
"That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
issue Writ of Mandamus, declaring the
Proceedings No.G1/232/2023, dated 05.12.2023
issued by the 4th respondent, in not initiating
action under section 82 and 83 of the
Registration Act, 1908 despite recorded
categorical finding regarding the submission of a
false affidavit by the 7th respondent to register
Sale deed No.2742 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022, as
illegal, irregular, irrational, in violation of the
principles of natural justice, contrary to the
Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules framed
thereunder, and in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21
and 300-A of the Constitution of India;
consequently, set aside Proceedings
No.G1/232/2023 dated 05.12.2023 issued by the
Contd.,
4th Respondent and direct the Respondents to

07.07.2026 cancel Sale Deed No.2742 of 2022 dated
17.02.2022; and further direct the 2nd
Respondent to initiate and enquiry under sections
82 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this
petition is allowed.
Registry is directed to get the amendments
carried out.
