Since these two writ petitions arise out of the common order
dated 14.10.2025 passed by the Telangana State Human Rights
Commission (TGHRC) in H.R.C.Nos.822 and 823 of 2020, involve
common parties, substantially identical facts, and raise the same
questions of fact and law concerning the jurisdiction of the TGHRC to
entertain complaints arising out of a private employment dispute,
they were heard together and are being disposed of by this common
order.
2. W.P.No.36488 of 2025, is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, with the following prayer:-
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction; more
particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari, thereby calling
for the records of Case No. 823 of 2020 pending before the 1st
Respondent and consequently quash Case No. 823 of 2020.
