The Imperial Institute of Legal Studies is an initiative dedicated to providing free legal education to all. We strongly believe that financial constraints should never act as a barrier to learning. With our tagline, “Simplifying Law. Empowering Legal Minds.”, we aim to make legal knowledge accessible, practical, and impactful for students across the country.
About The Founder
Mr. Aman Shakya is the Founder of the Imperial Institute of Legal Studies (IILS), a platform dedicated to making legal education more accessible, practical, and career-oriented. He is also a Partner at Areti Legal and Sharma & Sharma Associates, New Delhi.
An accomplished legal professional, he is the author of the book “Contract Act, 1872” and has contributed multiple research publications to reputed legal journals. Through his initiatives, he is committed to guiding and empowering law students, fostering professional growth, and contributing meaningfully to society.
About the Speaker
Adv. Amaan Ahmad Sir is enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and an Advocate- on-Record at the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. He is actively engaged in litigation before the High Court and subordinate courts in Lucknow, with experience in service law, consumer matters, and motor accident claims.
He has undergone professional training under distinguished legal practitioners, including Advocate Abdul Qadir Abbasi, Advocate Rohit Pandey, and Senior Advocate Pradeep Rai at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and has also been associated with Tabish Sarosh & Associates, Lexis and Company, etc.
Sir secured 5th position globally in an international arbitration competition conducted by the Thailand Arbitration Centre. He holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and has completed his LL.M from Jamia Milia Islamia.
