    About the Speaker

    N. S. Nappinai, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, Founder of Cyber Saathi, and one of India’s foremost experts in cyber law and digital governance.

    With over 35 years of legal practice, Ms. Nappinai has appeared in landmark matters involving Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Cyber Law. She currently serves as Amicus Curiae before the Supreme Court in the suo motu Digital Arrest matter and has previously assisted the Court in matters concerning online protection of women and children.

    She has advised several government bodies, including the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency, Maharashtra Cyber Police, the Election Commission of India, and the Government of India. She has also represented Cyber Saathi before the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on international cybercrime deliberations.
